My Weight Loss Journey

  A New Chapter A year ago, my life was completely changed by a simple decision — to take care of my body. I had been eating too much fast food and avoiding exercise for years. Feeling really tired and unhealthy, I decided to start with some quite easy workouts and small diet changes. Little by little, my routine was transformed. Vegetables, proteins, and vitamins were added to my meals, and daily walks became part of my life. Having stayed consistent , I lost weight, gained confidence, and discovered how powerful discipline can be. My journey is still going, but I’m very proud of the progress I’ve made.

Workout Plan

  Fatness? Nah, not anymore I'm here to give my starter workout routine, it works so well if you are consistent and have the mentallity of a winner, and of course you have, 'cause you already are one. WorkOut: We will have just two workout routines, you can do it 2 days each routine, but at least both routines in the weak: Warm Up: Running 2 minutes Day 1: Sit and Stand up on the stability ball Aerobic exercises for 15 minutes 10 half squats (bend your knees to a 45° angle and stand up again) 8 -10 Pedal fast in the exercise bike 30s - 3          We don't want to have injuries, so lets start whit some really easy exercises Day 2: Sprint 1 minute - 3 Push up with knees (lay on the floor, and the push your body up with your knees touching the floor) 5-3 Leg extensions (sit down, next bend and unbend faitly slowly your knees Bend till you touch your toes 4-4

The New Healthy Bar

  Not more lies There's a lot of suspicious snacks that promises make you lose weght when ypu eat them, and lets be real, is a really smart scam, who wouldn't want a snack that do the work for you, but sadly and of course, is not true. But now I have the perfect snack for you who always are hungry. It is named master snack bar , and it's made completly from organic sources, so don't worry. The connection between food and mentality is being studiend since some years and I find the perfect way to put make that knowledge on practice. This is like a protein bar but way better. Every bar was made to, obviously, give proteins our bodies, but this one my friend is different. The maste snack bar was given to kids to demostrate how well it works, and boy this kids are beasts at sports. Protein, energy, vitamins, fiber, calcium and much more nutrients are given in this bar to your body, that's why is not just a simple bar, it is the maste bar.

Is it me, or overweight is being a too common problem?

  Overweight  So, recently I notice how i was becoming and of course I didn't like that at all, so I star working out on the streets, doing common thins like running at the morning or something like that. But since I start working out I started to notice how sedentary people that surround me are, don't misunderstood me, there's a lot of healthy people, but there's a lot more who don't, so I start thinking about this, because it's really important, in 2024  35 million children of five years old alredy were overweight, that's crazy! I decided to help this people, it is belived that if you once were fat, you'll always be fat, and that is a pretty big lie. First, think about working out like me, lets start with some running or jogging. You don't have a treadmill or a gym near? Don't worry, parks are there for a reason. It will be the perfect way to start exercising, and after a while it is gonna be just a warm up! So keep it up and lets puch above ou...
