My Weight Loss Journey
A New Chapter A year ago, my life was completely changed by a simple decision — to take care of my body. I had been eating too much fast food and avoiding exercise for years. Feeling really tired and unhealthy, I decided to start with some quite easy workouts and small diet changes. Little by little, my routine was transformed. Vegetables, proteins, and vitamins were added to my meals, and daily walks became part of my life. Having stayed consistent , I lost weight, gained confidence, and discovered how powerful discipline can be. My journey is still going, but I’m very proud of the progress I’ve made.
